1 General Provisions

• The member must be a resident of Bangladesh and must have a mobile banking account registered in their own name.
• Citizens of regions where online betting or gaming services are legally prohibited are not eligible to use this platform.

After registration, bj baji7 may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions.

2.1 Password and Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. The account must not be shared with anyone else. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, contact the bj baji7 support team immediately.

3 Account Management

Each member may only operate their own account. Placing bets on behalf of a third party or conducting transactions using third-party funds is strictly prohibited.

If any personal details change — such as a mobile number or payment method — bj baji7 must be informed immediately. Inaccurate information on the account may delay withdrawals.

3.1 Account Verification

bj baji7 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal. If this process is not completed, the transfer of funds may be held. Cooperating with the verification process is the member's obligation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bj baji7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Three mobile banking methods are available for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• The mobile number used for withdrawal must match the number registered on the account.
• The source of a deposit must be the member's own mobile banking account — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

If an unusual or suspicious transaction is detected, bj baji7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal for investigation. Once the investigation is complete and the transaction is confirmed as legitimate, it will be processed normally.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers on bj baji7 are provided under specific conditions. It is essential to read the relevant bonus terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — before withdrawing the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳20,000 (৳2,000 × 10) must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

Regular members have access to various promotions including weekly reload rewards, slot festival bonuses, birthday special rewards, friend referral rewards, and weekend cricket betting offers. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will remain locked in the account until the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the terms of the relevant bonus state otherwise.
• bj baji7 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed after the promotion period has ended.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to placing bets on bj baji7:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless an error is identified on the platform's side.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, bj baji7 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a sports event is cancelled or does not take place, the original stake for that event's bet will generally be refunded.
• If an attempt is made to gain unfair advantage by using multiple accounts or through coordinated betting, the account may be closed immediately.
• bj baji7 is not responsible for any loss or bet cancellation caused by internet disconnection during live betting.

6.1 Result Determination

The outcome of all bets is determined based on the official result of the relevant event or the game's server logs. If any dispute arises regarding a result, bj baji7's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj baji7 platform:

• Assisting minors (under 21 years of age) in opening an account or using the services.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automation software, or any form of artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or legitimising proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Stealing another member's account credentials or attempting unauthorised access to an account.
• Conducting cyber attacks or harmful activities with the intent to disrupt the platform's normal operations.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, the account will be closed immediately, all funds and bonuses will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Member data will never be sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law or for financial investigations.

9 Responsible Gaming

bj baji7 believes that gambling and betting is an entertainment activity for adults only — it should not be used as a source of income. Members are always encouraged to play within their means and set their own limits.

• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If identity verification fails or evidence of providing false information is found.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to manipulate the system is detected.

Members may also close their account at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate balance will be provided.

11 Limitation of Liability

bj baji7 will not accept liability in the following circumstances:

• Any loss or bet cancellation caused by internet disconnection or instability.
• Financial loss caused by a member's own negligence or by sharing account credentials with others.
• Loss caused by errors in information provided by third-party service providers (such as game developers or payment gateways).
• Temporary service unavailability due to unexpected technical errors or cyber attacks.

In the case of any valid claim, bj baji7's maximum liability will be limited to the actual balance of the relevant account.

12 Changes to Terms

bj baji7 may make changes to these terms at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members via email or a platform notification. However, it is the member's responsibility to regularly check for updates on their own.

Continued use of the services after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a member objects to any change, they may close their account.
